Gallery Member Brenda Gay will be talking about her artist academic journey to complement her solo show currently on display in the gallery. The talk will cover her academic journey … from materials used, to how she was able to train the eyes to see and the hands to translate. She will also delve into best archival practices for painting and how to ensure with today’s best practices that your work will be around for a while. The talk will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 14 from 12 noon to 1pm. Due to the small space masks are requested and expected.
